Vitamin-D
David's brother, Dennis, chose to play trumpet in the 4th grade because it was easier to carry than the tuba.  He now carries his trumpet around while heading Vitamin-D, an eclectic music ensemble that combines smooth, soulful grooves with indelible, hook-filled melodies.  He studied jazz with Ellis Marsalis and has recorded and performed with Yo La Tengo, Lambchop, Vic Chesnutt, and Josh Rouse.
Boston Early Music Festival
In addition to being the fine employer of David the Boston Early Music Festival (BEMF) brings early music’s brightest stars to the Boston concert stage, and the biennial week-long Festival and Exhibition recognized as the “world’s leading festival of early music” (The Times, London)
Chameleon Arts Ensemble of Boston
The Chameleon Arts Ensemble has distinguished itself as one of the finest and most versatile chamber ensembles in Boston. The concerts have been critically acclaimed for their innovative, varied programs and the depth, style and polish with which they’ve been presented. Chameleon was described by The Boston Herald as “a young, energetic ensemble who pride themselves on their versatility. There’s no corner of the repertory, old or new or forgotten, that they won’t explore.”
Exsultemus
Exsultemus is comprised of eight of Boston’s leading young singers who rejoice in performing early music’s best-known favorites and rediscovered gems spanning the Medieval, Renaissance, and early Baroque periods.
